Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 8 oz. raspberries
  • 1 lb strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp fruit preserves
  • 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 2 c cinnamon sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all fruit; add sugars and preserves.

  2. Cover and chill at least fifteen minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Coat one side of each tortilla with spray; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut in triangles.

  5. Bake eight to ten minutes. Serve.
