Mexican Lasagna

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 t ground cumin
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) Stewed tomatoes S&W Mexican recipe
- 1 can (7 ounces) diced green chilies
- 8 corn tortillas, quartered
- 1 can (15 ounces) spicy refried beans
- 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
Directions

Cook beef with chili powder and cumin; drain.

Stir in undrained tomatoes and chilies.

Cook 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Layer half the tortillas on bottom of an oiled 13 × 9 inch baking dish; top with half each the refried beans, meat sauce and cheese.

Repeat.

Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
