Ingredients

• 1/5 lb ground round
• 1 env dry onion soup mix
• 1 c ketchup
• 1/4 c water
• 3/4 c breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 c cheddar cheese
• 1 T worchestershire sauce
• 1/4 t pepper
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1 t mustard

Directions

1. Combinebeef, soup, 1/2 c ketchup, and next 6 ingredients; shape into 8 × 4 in loaf. Cook in greased crockpot on high 1 hour, low 3 hours. Pour grease off meat. Stir 1/2 ketchup, brown sugar and mustard, spread over meat loaf. Cook on low 1 more hour.
