Keri and Sheila’s Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chili
  • 1 can turkey with 1/2 juice drained off
  • 3/4 cup sour cream or miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cups cheese, grated
  • 1 cup tomato sauce or 2 cups salsa
  • Corn or flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Mix cream of chicken, chili, turkey, sour cream, onions, tomato sauce.

  2. Spread a little in bottom of 9×13 pan.

  3. Layer with tortillas, cheese, and mixture.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
