Chicken Soup

This is to be used with drop noodles.

Cook time: 120 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 whole fryer (or cut up)
- Water
- Onion
- Celery
- Carrots
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions

Cover chicken with water.

Add onion, salt and pepper.

Add celery or carrots after broth is cooked for 1/2 hour.

Cook about 2 hours or until chicken is tender (according to the size of the chicken).
