Ingredients
- 6 c (24 oz) shredded hash browns
- 1 c grated pepper jack cheese
- 1 c diced cooked ham or sausage
- 1/4 c sliced green onion
- 4 beaten eggs
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt

Arrange potatoes on bottom of greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with ham, cheese, onions.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over potato mixture and freeze.
