Smoked Whitefish Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 pound smoked whitefish, skinned boned and flaked
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.

  2. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

  3. Serve with matzo. Garnish with quartered lemon, lime slices and fresh dill.
