Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c veg oil
- 1 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 c diced ruit
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour, sugar, BP, BS, and salt together. Set aside.

Combine oil, buttermilk, lemon juice and zest. Gently stir diced fruit into it.

Make a well in the middle of the dough and pour in buttermilk mixture. Stir until barely blended.

Spoon into muffin tins. Combine sugar, flour, butter. Sprinkle on muffins. Bake for 20 mins.
