Ingredients
- 1 lb gr beef
- 1/2 lb mild pork sausage
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c mild salsa
- 2 tb chopped cilantro
- 1 pkg gravy
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
Directions

Combine first 7 ingreds and 1 tb cilantro. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Heat a lightly greased large nonstick skillet over MH heat. Add patties. Reduce heat to L, cover and cook 8-10 mins per side or until center is no longer pink. Remove from skillet and wipe pan clean.

Whisk together gravy mix, broth, tomatoes, and remaining cilantro. Cook over M heat 1 min or until thickened. Return patties to skillet and cook until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat, serve.
