Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions

  1. MIX all ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

  2. SERVE with assorted cut-up vegetables and pita chips.
