Ingredients
- Doradas whole, cleaned inside
- 1 kilo Coarse salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 200ÂșC

Rinse and dry fish

Put a layer of salt on the bottom of the pan

Lay fish on top

Cover fish with the rest

Sprinkle with a few drops of water
