Ingredients
- 8 ounces wagon-wheel pasta
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels, defrosted
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup cooked fajita-style chicken strips
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons, honey
- 1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain and rinse under cool water.

Put in a large serving bowl.

Add corn, black beans, chicken, and tomatoes; mix well.

In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, honey, chili powder, salt and pepper, and canola oil.

Pour over pasta mixture.

Toss to combine.

Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro or parsley.
