Catfish with tangy orange sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 lbs catfish fillets
Directions

To make the sauce, combine the first six ingredients in a bowl.

Brush farm-raised catfish fillets with sauce mixture.

Place fish on lightly oiled grill (four inches above hot coals). Grill for five minutes; brush frequently with sauce.

Turn and grill for five minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
