Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onions
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 oz tub light cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 can Del Monte French-Style green beans
Directions

Cook chicken and season as desired.

Cook and stir shredded carrot and onion in hot oil in medium saucepan for 1-2 mins.

Stir in cheese and milk.

cook over low heat until smooth.

Add green beans and heat through.

Serve as a side to chicken entree.
