Ingredients
- 4 oz. uncooked multi-grain spiral pastas
- 2 small orange, yellow, red, and/or green peppers, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 can Del Monte sweet peas, drained
- 1 Tbsp chopped basil OR 1/2 tsp dried basil

Cook pasta. Drain.

Meanwhile, cook and stir pepper strips in oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 mins.

Stir in water, lemon juice, bouillon granules.

Stir in pasta. Toss to coat.
