Ingredients
- SMOKED SAUSAGE & POTATOES
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 6 med. potatoes
- 2 med. onions
- Salt & pepper to taste

large skillet place sausage sliced, and begin to brown. Slice and half potatoes and add to sausage. Chop onions and place in skillet with rest. Cook on medium heat covered until potatoes are tender. Salt & pepper to taste while cooking. Stir often. If sausage is lean you may have to add a small amount of cooking oil or bacon grease. Serves 5.
