Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 8-10 chicken breasts
  • 1 small jar sweet pickle relish
  • 1 small bag pecans, crumbled
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 12 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 small jar Helman's mayo
  • salt
  • pepper
  • grapes

Directions

  1. Boil chicken breasts until done.

  2. Let sit in hot water until cooled.

  3. Roast pecans on 350 for 10 minutes.

  4. Crumble pecans when cooled.

  5. Run chicken through food processor.

  6. Place in large bowl.

  7. Run celery through processor.

  8. Add to bowl.

  9. Run eggs through processor.

  10. Add to bowl.

  11. Add pickle relish, salt, pepper, mayo, pecans

  12. Refridgerate.

  13. When ready to serve add sliced grapes.
