Turkey burgers, two ways

Serves 12 people
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon jarred chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 ounces goat cheese
- 6 hamburger rolls
- 6 small potato rolls
- 1 jar red pepper salsa
Directions

Coat grill with cooking spray; preheat to medium high. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes, stirring, until soft.

Add onion and garlic to eggs, mixing in salt, turkey, bread crumbs, ketchup, and oregano.

Shape 6 large and 6 small burgers.

Make a pocket in each large burger and fill with 1 tablespoon goat cheese.

Grill for 8 to 15 minutes.

Serve adult burgers with salsa.
