Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds stew meat cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/3 cup flour and 1/4 cup flour, divided
- 3/4 tsp salt-to taste
- Garlic or garlic powder-to taste
- 3-4 bay leaves
- 1-1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1-1/4 tsp paprika

- 2 cans beef broth
- 2-3 potatoes, diced
- 5 carrots, diced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Directions

Place all ingredients in crockpot, mix well. Cover and cook on Warm for 2 hours, then on low for 5 hours, Add 1/8-1/4 cup flour to hot broth (taken out). Mix well and add back to crockpot.
