Creole Sausage with Rice and Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, slice
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 3.5 c chicken broth
  • 2 t Creole seasoning
  • 1.5 c rice
  • 2 cans red beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

  1. ok sausage in skillet until brown. Place sausage and next 4 ing. in crock. Cook on low 3.5 hours. Stir in beans and cook on high 30 min.
