Copper Penny Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots, cooked tender
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 onion, chopped in chunks
- 1 green pepper, chopped in chunks
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, cut
Directions

Mix sugar, soup, vinegar, and oil together.

Add veggies.

Let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Excellent flavor – Marinated.
