Campbell’s Hearty Beef and Bean Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Tomato Soup
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cans (about 15 ounces each) red kidney beans
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

Directions

  1. Cook beef in skillet until browned.

  2. Pour off fat.

  3. Mix beef, onion, garlic, soup, tomatoes, water, beans, chili powder, and cumin in crock-pot slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until done.
