Biscuits

Cook time: 8 minutes
Serves 9 people

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup Original Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.

  3. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick; roll in Bisquick to coat.

  4. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times.

  5. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.

  6. Cut with 2 1/2 inch round cutter dipped in Bisquick.

  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

  8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Variation: Drop Biscuits

  10. Do not knead dough.

  11. Drop dough by 9 spoon fulls onto ungreased cookie sheet
