Light Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
- 4 fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup shredded, reduced fat Swiss cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 carton (8 ounces) reduced fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup crushed seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

Cut a slit in each side of each chicken breast to form a pocket.

In a small bowl, combine ham, cheese, garlic, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

Stuff each pocket with 1/4 of filling.

Secure with toothpicks

In shallow dish, combine yogurt and milk.

Dip each chicken breast in yogurt mixture; turn to coat.

Roll in bread crumbs.

Place in greased 13 × 9 backing dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
