Hummus

This is usually eaten on pita bread, but it can also become a sauce on spicy veggies.

- 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed or cumin
- salt to taste
