Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 green onions
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/4 pound cooked ham, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

Beat eggs and water together just to blend; set aside.

Heat oil until hot in large fry pan or wok over medium high heat.

Add onions and stir fry 30 seconds.

Add eggs and scramble.

Stir in rice and cook until heated.

Add ham and soy sauce; cook and stir until thoroughly heated.

Serve immediately.
