Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, boiled
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/3 cup corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

Peel, then grate potatoes.

Heat 1/4 cup butter with soup.

Blend in sour cream, onions, and cheese.

Stir in potatoes.

Pour into flat casserole pan (9 × 13) that has been greased.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter; add corn flakes crumbs and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Hints: Cook potatoes until only fork tender, not real soft,.

You may add parsley flakes to corn flakes topping for added color and taste.

Don’t use small potatoes.
