Ingredients
- 6 or 8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/ 2 c. breadcrumbs
- dash of salt
- ground pepper
Directions

Place chicken and buttermilk in a bowl and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, allowing to marinade. Drain chicken and set aside.

Combine breadcrumbs and seasonings in a plastic ziplock bag.

Add chicken to breadcrumbs and shake bag to coat chicken.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through.
