Yummy no peek stew

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds stew meat
  • 4 carrots diced
  • 4 potatoes diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 cans water

Directions

  1. Layer ingredients in the following order in crock pot or large casserole dish:

  2. Carrots (on bottom), potatoes, celery, onion, meat.

  3. Pour liquid on top.

  4. Cook in crock pot 10-12 hours.

  5. In oven, bake at 250 degrees for 6 hours or at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
