Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken, cut
- 2 lemons cut in half
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 4 plum tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/8 cup olives
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt
Directions

Mix meat, onion, celery, tomatoes, salt and garlic.

Marinate 30 minutes.

Heat oil in pot, add sugar, heat till dark brown.

Add meat, saute till light brown.

Add 2 tablespoons water and simmer till meat is tender.
