- 2 cups red kidney beans, boiled
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 small red onion, quartered
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup squash
- Salt
Directions

Heat oil, add spices, 2 tablespoons water then chicken broth and 2 tablespoons water.

Add water and mash beans.

Let boil till creamy.
