Tofunut Spread

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons boiling water
  • 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 pound tofu
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Mix water and peanut butter

  2. Add tofu and salt. Process in a blender or food processor.
