Citrus Turkey Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound Homestyle Oil Browned Turkey Breast, sliced
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups Mixed lettuce greens
- 2 bunches green onions, diced
- 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds, toasted
- 1/3 cup Almond slivers, toasted
- 16 ounces Mandarin orange slices, drained - reserve juice
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons Mandarin orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 packages Beef flavored ramen Japanese noodles (with seasoning packets)
Directions

Combine coleslaw and lettuce in a large bowl.

Add onion, nuts and orange slices.

Toss to mix

Combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, orange juice, salt, pepper, and contents of Ramen seasoning packets together in a separate bowl.

Mix well.

Sprinkle over salad and toss well.

Divide greens among 4 salad bowls.

Place 4 ounces Turkey Breast atop each salad

Drizzle with crushed Ramen noodles
