Spaetzle

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/4 t baking powder

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients, stirring to a stiff, smooth batter. Add water or flour as needed.

  2. Drop by teaspoons into boiling soup.
