Tofu Pate

This is nice stuffed in croissants or spread on crackers.

Ingredients
- 1 pound tofu
- 1 cup green beans
- 3 tablespoons Tofu Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup walnut meal (make by processing walnuts in blender or food processor)
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- 2 pinches hing (asafetida)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

Process all ingredients in blender or food processor and chill.
