Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tofu Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely minced green peppers

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and peanut butter.

  2. Stir in vegetables.
