Ingredients
- 6 or 8 skinless boneless half chicken breasts
- 1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick of butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Put chicken in single layer in 9 × 13, buttered baking dish.

Cover with mixture of cream of chicken and sherry.

Place thin slices of cheese on top.

Melt butter drizzle over top, sprinkle stuffing mix on top.

Cook covered for 75 – 90 minutes. Uncover for the last 20 minutes.
