Choco-Cranberry Roll

Ingredients
- 1 bag Snickers miniatures
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp. orange zest, grated
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries, chopped (fresh/frozen)
- 4 (3x5") loaf pans
Directions

Whisk milk and eggs in a small bowl; set aside. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cut butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk mixture and orange zest until just blended. Fold in 2 cups chopped SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures® and cranberries and stir just until blended.

Divide batter evenly between the buttered loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing loaves from pans, then cool completely.
