Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbs strawberry gelatin powder
- 1 pie crust (9-inch), baked
Directions

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in saucepan. Cook until thick and clear looking.

Set off burner and add Jello. Stir and cool.

Pour over sliced fresh strawberries in pie shell. Let set several hours in refrigerator. Serve with whipped topping.
