Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 medium bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbs milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9″ × 5″ loaf pan.

In large bowl, mix oil and sugar until fluffy. Stir in eggs and bananas, milk and vanilla.

Blend flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Stir in nuts.

Pour into pan. Bake about 60-70 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
