Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Gala apples, peeled and chunked
- 1 c. red hot cinnamon candy
Directions

Heat red hots to 6 cups simmering water until melted.

Add apples and additional water if needed to cover apples. Simmer until apples are tender.

Refrigerate several days before serving. Apples will turn pinky red.
