Baked Pearl Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Pearl or large green onions, peeled
  • 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cook onions in 8 c. boiling water for 3 mins. or untill tender. Drain and place in 9″ × 13″ greased baking dish.

  2. Combine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper and pour over onions. Bake at 400 for 1 hour 15 mins, stirring occassionally until golden brown.
