Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Pearl or large green onions, peeled
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Cook onions in 8 c. boiling water for 3 mins. or untill tender. Drain and place in 9″ × 13″ greased baking dish.

Combine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper and pour over onions. Bake at 400 for 1 hour 15 mins, stirring occassionally until golden brown.
