Cranberry Relish
(from Cindy’s recipe box)
The hot pink color of this relish may scare off some tasters but the brave will be rewarded. Awesome on turkey sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbl. grated horseradish
Directions

Grind cranberries and onion together in food processor. Mix remaining ingredients with cranberries and freeze.

Remove from freezer to refrigerator in the morning to thaw.
