Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen mixed vegetables, steamed with 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbl butter
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt, optional
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch thyme
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbl butter, melted.
Directions

Drain vegetables, reserving juice. Add salt and butter and cover while making sauce.

Add water to vegetable liquid to make 2 cups. In saucepan, combine with melted butter and flour and cook until thicked.

Add cheese, grlic, nutmeg and thyme. Simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine breadcrumbs and butter. Pour vegetables into buttered dish and top with breadcrumbs.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
