Ingredients
- 2 pkgs (3 oz) raspberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (8 3/4 oz) crushed pineapple w/ juice
- 1 can blueberries w/ juice (15 oz)
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 2 bananas, sliced
Directions

Dissolve jello in boiling water.

To keep cream cheese from getting lumpy, add jello to it a little at a time and beat it well each time until cream cheese is fully incorporated.

Add pineapple and blueberries with juices.

Let partially set.

Fold in one-half of the whipped cream.

Pour into a six-cup ring mold and chill until set.

Unmold and fill center of mold with the rest of the whipped cream and sliced bananas.
