Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- parsley, several sprigs, chopped
- green onion, thinly sliced
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Use as a dip for veggies, corn chips, or pita bread. Also can be used as a spread for a pita bread sandwich.
