Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • parsley, several sprigs, chopped
  • green onion, thinly sliced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Use as a dip for veggies, corn chips, or pita bread. Also can be used as a spread for a pita bread sandwich.
