Cracker Crusted Fish

Ingredients
- 6 white fish fillets
- 3 tsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs (a butter-type cracker or saltines, crushed fine)
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon wedges

eheat oven to 350.

Mix together cracker crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese. Rinse fillets gently and pat dry. Rub fillets with butter and dip each side in cracker crumb mixture. Bake for 10-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of your fish) uncovered. Fish is done when it flakes easily when tested with a fork.
