Simple Sautéed Asparagus, Peppers & Onions

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  • 1 small yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. HEAT 1/4 cup of the dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

  2. ADD asparagus and remaining 1/4 cup dressing; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 to 7 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.

  3. SPOON onto serving platter; sprinkle with cheese.
