Fried Rice

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 package of chopped ham
  • 2T oil
  • spring onions
  • 2 cups of dry rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 11/2 T soya sause
  • 1t Mirin or 1 T Sake
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cook rice and set aside.

  2. fry garlic, onions, and ham in oil.

  3. Add rice and continue to fry.

  4. Make a hole in center of rice and add eggs, soya, Mirin and salt and cook.

  5. Fry until done and enjoy!
