Fried Rice

Serves 3 people

Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 package of chopped ham
- 2T oil
- spring onions
- 2 cups of dry rice
- 2 eggs
- 11/2 T soya sause
- 1t Mirin or 1 T Sake
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Cook rice and set aside.

fry garlic, onions, and ham in oil.

Add rice and continue to fry.

Make a hole in center of rice and add eggs, soya, Mirin and salt and cook.

Fry until done and enjoy!
