Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. Defrost hash browns.

  3. Combine butter, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper and mix with hash browns. Put mixture in a 3-qt. casserole dish.

  4. Saute corn flakes in butter and sprinkle on top of casserole mixture.

  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 min.
